Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then choose the destination email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
